You will lack of energy, emotional balance, health, concentration, and also productivity. So sleep is a necessary not a luxury, when you have sleeping problem immediately you have to solve it. But you no need to worry your sleep disorder can be handled. All of problems have a solution. You can start to get better sleep in the night, tracking your sleep patterns and also symptoms, change your bedtime habits with healthy ways.

There are some sleep disorders such insomnia, sleep apnea, narcolepsy, and restless legs syndrome. The most common sleep disorder is insomnia. Insomnia has specific sign and symptoms, such as frequently wake up in the middle of the night, meet difficulty to fall asleep at night, you feel that your sleep in can’t make you more refresh, you need to get something like supplement or drug to fall asleep, and you feel very sleepy and tired during the following day.
